Sustainability in the manufacture of aluminium composite profiles is an important indicator for the quality of heroal system technology. The smart material usage starts with the manufacture of the profile semi-facings. Following the closed loop aluminium recycling principle A|U|F, recovered materials are returned to the production cycle.
The insulating strip used for heroal W 72 consists of 62 % renewable resources. Compared to usual strips of identical quality, heroal saves 20 % of non-renewable resources. Castor oil gained from the seeds of castor beans is the basis for sebacic acid, which, in turn, serves as a basis for renewable resources.
Eco-friendly production is also a priority when it comes to profile coating. Excessive powder quantities are collected and re-used in a state-of-the-art powder coating facility. Hence, both fabricators and partners also benefit from heroal’s commitment to sustainability.

The roof system heroal OR creates a perfect solution in modern design, thanks to its cubic shapes and concealed rafter feet. The two variants heroal OR Slim Line (SL) and heroal OR Grand Line (GL) offer a wide range of patio roofs for every need – with an identical processing of both variants. With a span width of more than 7 metres and a surface of almost 30 m2, heroal OR GL provides for unlimited panoramic views. heroal OR SL, in turn, stands out for an especially slim design of the supporting framework.

The heroal CR system for terrace roofs and carports impresses with its modern softline design, ease of installation and simple, cost-effective production. As a horizontal blind, the textile sun protection system heroal HS for above-glass installation protects from sun radiation. The little space required makes the unobtrusive integration of this sun protection possible. In addition to its zip guidance, the sun protection is tensioned via a back pull system. Thanks to perfect system compatibility with heroal patio roof systems, this system can also be integrated later on.
The non-insulated aluminium sliding door system heroal S 20 C makes it possible to use covered outdoor areas regardless of wind and weather. Frame connectors, adjustable slide mechanisms and glass clampings ensure a fast and easy manufacture.
Skylight window heroal C 50 SW for conservatory and curtain wall system
The skylight window system heroal C 50 SW (Skylight Window) is an outward-opening top-hung window, which, as an insert element, can be integrated into the conservatory heroal C 50 WG or the curtain wall system heroal C 50. It is suited for all roof pitches.
