heroal plus: Modular accessory system for high-quality window solutions

Verl, March 2026. Windows are a defining element of curtain walls and contribute to comfort, security and energy efficiency. At the same time, their interaction with precisely coordinated accessories is crucial. With heroal plus, heroal offers a modular accessory system for the heroal W 72 and W 77 window systems that combines sun protection, insect screen, anti drop device and windowsill in a single integrated solution – for high-quality window projects that can be realised efficiently.

Modular design for greater flexibility in projects

With heroal plus, heroal expands its window system portfolio to include an accessory system whose components are perfectly coordinated both visually and functionally. The individual elements can be combined flexibly and integrated later if required. Uniform colours and surfaces create a harmonious overall appearance and open up a wide range of possibilities for coherent curtain wall and window design.

For effective protection against sun, heat and UV radiation, the system includes the heroal VS Z external zip screen. The fabric is securely guided in aluminium guide rails using a zip mechanism, ensuring high wind resistance and reliable long-term performance.

heroal IS adds a discreet insect screen solution to the system. The insect screen roller blind can be combined directly with the window system or integrated into existing heroal plus configurations. At the same time, it maintains high light transmission and air permeability.

For floor-to-ceiling windows, heroal FPS provides a seamlessly integrated anti drop device that meets high safety requirements while blending harmoniously with the appearance of the window.

The accessory portfolio is completed by the heroal WS windowsill system. The solution offers durable, weather-resistant properties and a design precisely matched to the window systems.

heroal plus is also designed as a cohesive overall concept from a design perspective. Identical colours and surfaces across all components enable a high-quality, harmonious appearance across all elements. Maximum design freedom is ensured by heroal’s highly weather-resistant hwr powder coating, exclusive colour collections such as Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier®, and a wide selection of other finishes with consistently high colour quality and durability.
